  • 1) What happens in one-to-one Yoga personal training? is it effective?

    At one-to-one personal training sessions, our certified fitness trainer will connect with you over a zoom video call/Whatsapp video call/Google meet to take pre-scheduled Yoga sessions and will help you achieve your fitness goals with proper attention to your body posture.

    2) How many sessions will be provided in 1 month? duration of each session?

    The duration of each session will be a minimum of 1 hour and in total, you will get 3 sessions in a week or 3 hours of training in a week and as per the current 1-month program, in total, you will get 12 sessions in a month or 12 hours of training in a month.

    3) What will be the timings of the sessions?

    Post your confirmation, Our team will get in touch with you to know your convenient time and we will try our best to allot your sessions at the same timing, as we believe in delivering fitness with convenience.

    7) Can I cancel my booking in between? will I get a refund? Can I transfer my booking to some other person?

    Booking cancellations can be done in case of any unavoidable circumstances/emergency, You will be eligible for the refund as per the number of left-out sessions and cancellation policy. You can transfer your booking post discussion and written consent from your end to our team, mentioning the details of the person you want to transfer the booking to.
