In case of transaction made to purchase a fitness program through ‘The Fitness consultants’ and there is no unfulfillment from ‘The Fitness consultants’ or from affiliate service provider the refund given to the customer will be calculated as mentioned below:
● If the refund request is within 24 hours from your membership purchase date the refund will be 100% of the amount paid or Bank refund , will be deducting 5% as cancellation charges
● If the refund request is given after 2 days including the start date of membership, the refund given will be 90% of the amount paid or Bank refund is given.
● If the refund request is given after 3 days including the start date of the membership, 80% of the amount paid or Bank refund is given.
● If the refund request is given 4th day, including the start date of the membership purchased, customer has to directly reach out to the service provider.
